Product description
Agendo WP turns your WordPress site into a complete online booking system: services, team availability, calendar sync, payments and e-mails, all managed from your own WordPress admin. Your visitors choose a subject, a place, a person and a time, and the booking lands in the right calendar. It runs on your own server, with no outside booking service and no monthly fee per booking.
Why your own booking system matters
Hosted booking tools charge per person, keep your clients’ data on their servers and send your visitors to another site. Agendo WP keeps everything on your site: the pages, the client accounts, the payments through WooCommerce and the e-mails. Every word your clients see can be written in their language, and every option can be switched off.
Three steps to start
- Activate the plugin and follow the setup assistant: your hours, your first service, your booking page.
- Connect your calendar (Google, Microsoft 365 / Outlook or iCloud) so busy times are never offered.
- Put the booking page on your site with one click or a shortcode, in any page builder.
Included
- Services with several durations, half-days, full days and multi-day sessions, in person, at the client’s place, by video or by phone.
- Team services: given by one person, by everyone with the right tags, or by the whole team, with one shared calendar and a price per person.
- Tags and families of tags to sort your specialities, and a « Which subject? » page where visitors filter what they need.
- Calendar sync with Google, Microsoft and iCloud, in both directions.
- Payments through WooCommerce (card, PayPal, transfer…), client accounts, invoices, and an optional e-mail confirmation for free bookings.
- Packs of sessions, gift packs, groups gathered by a client with a shared price, and a waiting list for an earlier slot.
- Conditional booking forms, quotes and requests, reminders by e-mail and SMS.
- « Manage my booking » for clients: change, cancel, add to their calendar, delete their account and data.
- Admin in English, French and Spanish; front texts editable in any language, with singular and plural forms.
- Setup assistant, guided tours, clear error messages with a code, and a log of refused requests.
Good to know
- WooCommerce is needed only for paid bookings; free bookings work without it.
- Calendar sync needs a free developer declaration at Google or Microsoft: the plugin shows each step first.
- Built and tested with Bricks; shortcodes work in any page builder or theme.

FAQ
What is Agendo WP, in one sentence?
A WordPress plugin that turns your site into a complete booking system: your visitors choose a service, a place, a person and a time, and pay if needed, without leaving your site.
Do I need to touch code or configure anything?
No code. The setup assistant asks for your hours and your first service, then creates the booking page for you. It takes about ten minutes.
Is WooCommerce required?
Only for paid bookings. Free bookings work without it, with an optional e-mail confirmation. With WooCommerce, clients pay on your usual checkout page by card, PayPal or transfer.
Which calendars can I connect?
Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 / Outlook and iCloud. Busy times are never offered to visitors, and each booking is added to the person’s calendar. Each team member can connect their own calendar.
Can I manage a team?
Yes. Each person has their own hours, services, calendar and profile. A service can be given by one person, by everyone carrying the right tags, or by the whole team, with a price per person if you wish.
Can my clients book in their own language?
Yes. The admin is in English, French and Spanish, and every word your clients see can be rewritten in the settings, in any language: Portuguese, Italian, Turkish and so on.
Can clients change or cancel a booking themselves?
Yes, from the « Manage my booking » page or their account, within the limits you set. They can also add the booking to their own calendar, or delete their account and data.
Can I sell packs of sessions or gifts?
Yes. Packs of sessions are tied to a service and a person, can be offered as gifts, and are followed in the client’s account.
Can a client gather a group?
Yes. A client creates a group, invites others, and the price is shared between participants, with a minimum number and payment deadlines you choose.
Does it work with my page builder?
Yes. The booking pages are shortcodes, so they work in any theme or page builder. The plugin is built and tested with Bricks.
Is my clients’ data sent anywhere?
No. Bookings, accounts and payments stay on your server. Calendar sync only talks to the calendars you connect, and SMS only go through the provider you choose.
Can I switch off what I do not need?
Yes. Every feature offered to clients has its own switch: packs, gifts, groups, waiting list, tags filter, messages and more.
What happens if I do not renew the license?
The plugin keeps working with every feature. Only the one-click updates stop until you renew.
What happens if I deactivate or delete the plugin?
Deactivating keeps all your data. Deleting removes the plugin’s data only if you asked for it in the settings, so you never lose bookings by mistake.
A question about this product?
Why Remotely?
